About The Role
We’re looking for a Writer to join our welcoming and growing editorial team. You’ll provide coverage of the real estate market for our online publications and magazines, reporting to your editorial manager.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the real estate industry. Be a visible editorial voice across our online platforms, publications, and social media channels. Develop expertise in real estate market trends and developments. Maintain high editorial standards as part of our professional editorial team.
Your Main Responsibilities
Contribute to our editorial calendar in collaboration with your team, staying on top of key news and market developments to produce timely coverage. Research, pitch, and write in-depth analysis and feature articles for our publications. Break news on significant market events. Write regular commentary pieces for our online platforms and magazines, and engage with readers on social media. Participate in industry events and webinars. Attend relevant sector conferences and networking events. Support your editorial team with various publishing tasks.
Skills/background needed
Formal journalism education or training. Prior experience covering real estate, financial news, or related business topics. Strong writing ability and the ability to research and analyze complex information. Fluent written and spoken English. Excellent networking skills and comfort building relationships through virtual and in-person meetings, events, and platforms like LinkedIn. Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Creative approach to storytelling across different formats (articles, social media, multimedia). Resourcefulness in finding and gathering information. Passion for continuous learning and deepening your knowledge of the real estate sector.
