About the Role
You’ll work at the intersection of AI tools and content creation — taking AI-generated drafts and refining them into polished, on-brand content. This is a high-volume writing role perfect for someone who writes fast, edits with precision, and is excited about using AI tools as part of their daily workflow. You’ll edit and publish content across blogs, case studies, product pages, email campaigns, social posts, and sales materials.
What You’ll Do
• Review, edit, and refine AI-generated copy for multiple content types and platforms
• Use AI writing tools to generate first drafts from briefs, then rewrite and fact-check for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency
• Publish finalized content to our CMS, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
• Maintain a content calendar and meet production deadlines across simultaneous projects
• Apply brand voice and style guidelines consistently across all content
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align copy with campaign goals
• Flag inaccuracies, factual issues, or compliance concerns in AI-generated content
• Track basic content performance metrics and use feedback to improve future work
Skills/background needed:
• 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, journalism, or a related field (internships count)
• Genuine comfort using AI writing tools — you’ve already integrated them into your workflow
• Strong editing skills: you can quickly spot weak logic, tone mismatches, and factual gaps
• Excellent written English with a clear, accessible style that simplifies complex ideas
• Ability to manage multiple content requests in parallel and meet deadlines independently
• Familiarity with at least one content management system and basic publishing workflows
• A portfolio of 3–5 writing samples (AI-assisted work is welcome — show us your editing process)
Bonus skills:
• Experience with marketing platforms or tools
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and keyword-informed writing
• Experience writing for B2B audiences or regulated industries
