About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Manager to help tell our organisation’s story, engage our community, and support fundraising and program efforts across digital platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your writing and content creation skills while working with an international team dedicated to community impact.
What you’ll do:
Social Media & Content
Manage our presence across social platforms and create engaging content (photos, graphics, video, copy) that reflects our mission. Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar. Full training will be provided on platform best practices.
Community Communications
Write and design our newsletter. Support community engagement through digital channels. Partner with our team to create materials for events and campaigns. Help gather stories and updates from the communities and individuals we support.
Brand & Website
Maintain and update our website. Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
Skills & background needed:
Entry-level to intermediate experience in social media, content creation, or communications is ideal, but we’ll provide full training if you’re willing to learn. You should be comfortable using Canva and Google tools. Familiarity with AI tools is a bonus—we use these to support your workflow, but your creative direction and voice are what drive the work. Strong written communication skills, ability to stay organized, and comfort working independently from home are essential. Most importantly, you’re energized by our mission and passionate about telling stories that create positive change.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
