We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, user-friendly documentation for our products and systems.
This is a fully remote position perfect for someone new to technical writing who is ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
About The Role
You’ll be responsible for writing, creating, and maintaining technical documentation including user guides, instruction manuals, specifications, and help materials. You’ll work alongside experienced team members to gather accurate information, follow established standards, and produce clear documentation that helps users understand our products.
Your work will involve:
- Creating how-to guides, instruction manuals, and visual documentation using standard software tools
- Learning and developing knowledge of our core systems by working hands-on
- Reviewing and updating existing documentation to keep it accurate and current
- Writing clearly according to style guidelines, with proper grammar, spelling, and formatting
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and team members to gather information
- Communicating professionally with users and colleagues about documentation needs
- Meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
- Learning to use documentation platforms and tools as part of your training
What We’re Looking For
Experience: This role is ideal for someone new to technical writing, with up to one year of related experience (or none at all – we’ll train you).
Education: A high school diploma, college degree, or equivalent work experience is required. You don’t need a technical background—we’ll teach you the technical knowledge you need.
