Live Chat Support Agent – Entry Level (Full Time)

About This Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, connecting with them daily via phone, email, and chat. Your role is mission-critical: you’ll help customers feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their wellness journey. Success in this role requires genuine care for customers, clear communication (both verbal and written), the ability to learn quickly, and a willingness to think beyond standard responses to solve problems creatively. You’re not just answering questions—you’re helping people feel confident in their choices and supported in their decisions.

This is an in-person role based at our office location. Team members will master our systems, develop product knowledge, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every customer interaction is seamless, supportive, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound phone calls promptly, professionally, and with warmth
• Respond to a high volume of customer emails and chats accurately and efficiently
• Ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and confident in their choices
• Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
• Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, subscriptions, and general inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and subscription management
• Provide clear, detailed explanations of products, services, and policies
• Think proactively and creatively to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
• Resolve customer concerns independently when possible and escalate appropriately when needed
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows
• Partner with team members to support order fulfillment, returns, and product concerns

Skills/background needed: High School Diploma or GED required. No prior customer service experience necessary—we provide full training. You should be a fast learner with strong listening skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and genuine empathy for customers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems is important. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
