About This Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised individual to join our customer support team as a Live Chat Support Agent. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our chat platform, helping them with questions, concerns, and service requests. This is a fully remote position where you’ll work from home and manage customer conversations with care and professionalism.
No prior chat support or customer service experience is required—we provide full training to get you started. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy helping people, and can handle multiple conversations at once, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
Receive and respond to inbound chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner; Assess customer inquiries and determine the best course of action or next steps; Gather information from customers to understand their needs and concerns; Schedule follow-up calls or consultations when needed; Maintain accurate and complete records of all customer interactions in our system; Keep customer information organised and up-to-date on a daily basis; Manage your queue of chats efficiently to ensure no customer is left waiting; Review and follow up with customers who haven’t yet engaged further; Send appropriate responses to customers based on their inquiry type; Conduct follow-up check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction; Identify and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team member; Build and maintain positive customer relationships throughout their journey; Request customer feedback and reviews when appropriate; Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care; Stay organised while juggling multiple customer conversations; Meet data accuracy standards and system procedures consistently.
Skills and Background Needed

Experience Required
2 years in a customer-facing, sales, or client relations role; Experience with a CRM system or case management software; Data entry and basic pipeline management experience.
Nice to Have
2 years working in a legal environment or legal intake setting; Familiarity with specific CRM or case management platforms; High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
