In this role, you’ll provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You’ll help customers find the right products, provide pricing and delivery information, process orders, and make sure every customer interaction exceeds their expectations.
What you’ll do:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Process customer orders using computer systems
- Provide product information and answer customer questions
- Quote prices and delivery timelines
- Research and resolve order issues
- Work to exceed customer expectations on every interaction
- Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
