Social Media Manager – Entry Level, On-Site

Location: Local positions available.

Contract length: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and manage the social presence across multiple hospitality venues. You’ll be responsible for the full content lifecycle — ideation, planning, capturing, and posting — across multiple accounts, giving each venue its own voice while working within a shared marketing strategy.

This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role. You’ll spend most of your week on-site at the venues, creating content in live restaurant and bar environments.

What You’ll Do

• Own content strategy and posting calendars for multiple social accounts, each with a distinct brand identity

• Ideate, shoot, and edit photo and video content for each venue

• Plan content around menus, events, promotions, and seasonal moments

• Post and manage day-to-day community engagement — comments, direct messages, tags, and reviews

• Coordinate with the wider marketing team and report on progress

• Track what’s working across platforms and adjust your content strategy accordingly

What You’ll Bring

• Experience managing social media accounts, ideally for hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands

• Comfort working with cameras and basic production equipment such as lighting and stabilizers

• Working knowledge of video editing software — experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar is helpful but not required

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple social accounts and deadlines simultaneously

• Proven ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content

• Comfortable and personable in social settings — you’ll be shooting content in live venues around guests and staff

• Able to work independently, manage your own shot list, and organize your schedule

Skills/background needed: Social media content creation, video and photo editing, basic camera operation, community management, attention to detail, ability to multitask. No prior professional experience required — full training will be provided.

Additional Information

Due to the nature of hospitality, the role’s schedule will be flexible and may include evenings and weekends. One day a week will be based in the office to align with the wider marketing team.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Benefits: Flexible schedule and paid time off.
