Location: Open to applicants worldwide. This is a fully remote role – you’ll work from home with flexible hours.

About the Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly and helpful support via chat, email, and phone. You’ll handle a variety of requests including account setup, billing questions, system access, and general troubleshooting. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and going the extra mile to make customers happy.

No prior experience is required – we provide full training on all systems and processes. You’ll work a standard 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, from a home office with reliable internet.

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer inquiries through chat, email, phone, and support ticketing systems• Provide clear guidance on account registration, billing, system access, and company processes• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary• Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions• Track open cases to meet service level targets and quality standards• Help customers learn how to use our systems and services effectively• Identify common issues and suggest ways to improve our support processes• Work with team members across the company to resolve customer problems• Prepare reports on ticket volumes, common issues, response times, and resolution rates• Help create and maintain help articles and support materials for customers

Skills/background needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure• Good organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple requests at once• Comfort with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Ability to learn new systems and software quickly• Work authorization for your country of residence (no visa sponsorship available)

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in customer service or support• Familiarity with ticketing systems or help desk software• Experience with billing or account management• Knowledge of service level agreements and performance metrics• Ability to spot process improvements and suggest solutions• Experience writing guides or training materials

Tools You’ll Use

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams for communication and documentation. You’ll also use support ticketing platforms and company portals to manage customer requests and track progress.
