Position Summary
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will provide customer service support from your home. This flexible role allows you to choose your own schedule while meeting minimum hour requirements. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
What You’ll Do
You’ll respond to customer inquiries via live chat, helping clients across various industries with their questions and concerns. You’ll work independently from your home office, using provided systems and tools. Training typically lasts 2 to 5 weeks and includes both instructor-led sessions and self-paced modules.
Requirements
You must have:
A quiet, professional home office setup
A compatible Windows 11 computer meeting minimum specifications
A hardwired internet connection via Ethernet
Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
Willingness to complete training and assessments independently
Ability to pass a background check as part of onboarding
Eligibility to work as an independent contractor
Computer Setup
Your Windows 11 computer must have at least 4 GB of RAM, 20 GB of available storage, and a supported processor. A hardwired Ethernet connection is required—Wi-Fi is not accepted. ARM-based devices are not supported. You’ll need to pass a system compatibility check during onboarding.
Schedule
You choose your own hours, as long as you work a minimum of 15 hours per week. This flexible approach allows you to balance work with other commitments.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing independent contractor role
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Basic computer skills, reliability, and a professional attitude are essential. You should be comfortable working independently and following training instructions.
