About This Role
We’re looking for a friendly, patient Live Chat Support Specialist to join our customer service team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support via chat, email, phone, and SMS. This is a great entry-level position where you’ll develop real customer service skills while helping people get the answers they need.
No prior experience is necessary – we provide full training on all systems and processes. If you’re a good listener, can stay organized under pressure, and want to build a career in customer support, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple communication channels
• Listen carefully to understand what customers need and provide clear, helpful responses
• Resolve routine questions and issues on the first contact whenever possible
• Document all interactions accurately in our system so other team members have full context
• Manage multiple tasks at once – switching between chat, email, phone, and SMS as needed
• Work with other departments to resolve more complex issues
• Follow your assigned schedule and be flexible when needed
Skills/background needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and over the phone
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand what customers are really asking for
• Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly
• Good at juggling multiple tasks and staying organized
• Problem-solving mindset – you like finding solutions
• Willingness to learn continuously and develop knowledge across different areas
• Prior customer service or call centre experience is a plus, but not required
