About the role

You’ll support a portfolio of clients via live chat, ensuring they get set up quickly, stay engaged, and keep coming back. You’ll work with a diverse range of users and help them troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and get the most out of their experience. Your day will include one-on-one chat support, training sessions, problem-solving, and engagement outreach. You’ll use tools and automation to handle routine tasks, so you can focus on meaningful conversations with real people. When you do this well, you help users succeed and create lasting positive relationships.

What you’ll do

• Provide friendly, responsive live chat support to help users get started and overcome obstacles

• Lead training sessions and walk-throughs that get users genuinely confident and excited

• Troubleshoot common issues independently and escalate complex problems appropriately

• Run engagement campaigns including outreach, webinars, and follow-ups to keep users active

• Track usage patterns and identify users who might need extra support or re-engagement

• Document your interactions and insights in shared tools so knowledge builds for the whole team

• Use AI writing tools to draft personalised messages and training materials, then apply your own judgment to make them feel natural and genuine

• Look for trends in questions and feedback, and flag them so the team can improve the product and support process

Skills/background needed:

No prior experience required. You’ll receive full training on all tools and processes.

Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools is helpful but not essential—we’ll train you on everything you need.
