Are you passionate about helping customers plan their travel and creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for a dedicated Live Chat Support Specialist to join our remote contact center team.
In this work-from-home role, you’ll help customers book personalized travel, build lasting relationships, and grow your career—all while working fully remote from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you’ll:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat to plan and book domestic and international travel
- Help match customers with the best destinations and travel options
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay current on travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends
- Process travel reservations accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to suggest travel products that enhance the customer experience
- Meet performance goals while providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with travel-related questions and itinerary changes
- Support team members when needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required. Travel training experience is a plus, but not required.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience with travel booking platforms and online reservation systems
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Geography knowledge and genuine interest in travel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
No prior experience required—full training will be provided.
Work Schedule
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application. Performance incentives available for strong sales and bookings.
Contract length: Full time, permanent role
Hours: Set weekly schedule including one weekend day, with flexibility to discuss availability
