Roles: You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound communications through chat, email, phone, and social media. You will resolve inquiries efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Connect with customers via live chat, email, phone, and social media to resolve their questions and concerns
Calmly address and de-escalate any issues that arise
Escalate interactions to a supervisor when necessary
Respond to requests for assistance and process information as needed
Track and document all interactions for reporting purposes
Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve service quality
Skills/background needed:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
Comfortable using desktop computers and Windows-based systems
Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on creating positive customer experiences
Openness to feedback and willingness to follow established procedures
