About this role
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our creative team on a part-time basis. You’ll work 20–25 hours per week designing marketing materials, managing social media content, and supporting campaigns across multiple channels. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build real marketing experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Design and produce digital and print materials for social media, email campaigns, events, and promotional use
• Create social media content, including short videos and community engagement
• Manage and update marketing platforms and tools to keep campaigns running smoothly
• Track how campaigns are performing and report back to the team
• Work closely with different departments to bring marketing ideas to life
• Handle other tasks as needed in our flexible, evolving team environment
Skills/background needed
• Design skills – proficiency with Canva or Adobe is ideal, but we’ll train you on the tools we use
• Experience (or willingness to learn) with email marketing platforms, event management software, WordPress, or similar tools
• Comfortable working with social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Photo or video skills are a bonus but not required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No prior marketing experience required – we provide full training

Physical requirements
• Comfortable using a computer for extended periods and performing graphic design tasks
• Able to occasionally lift and move marketing materials (up to 25 lbs)
• Able to move around the workplace and attend events as needed
• Comfortable handling camera equipment or mobile devices for content creation
• May occasionally travel to events or locations

Rate
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
