About This Role:
We’re looking for an organised, creative marketing coordinator to join our team. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to help plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support campaign development, manage project timelines, collaborate with creative teams, and help bring marketing initiatives to life. What You’ll Do:
• Help develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns for assigned projects
• Brainstorm content strategies and manage social media content calendars
• Coordinate with creative teams to develop campaign assets, submit creative briefs, and manage production timelines
• Create and manage design and media requests, ensuring assets are delivered on schedule and aligned with campaign goals
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align campaign strategies and ensure timely execution
• Support the execution of marketing partnerships and promotional campaigns
• Assist with on-site marketing initiatives, including social media activations and team coordination
• Maintain clear communication across teams throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Stay informed on emerging marketing trends and industry best practices, sharing insights to drive forward-thinking campaigns
• Travel to business events and work evenings and weekends as needed to meet deadlines
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, entertainment, music, or a related industry
• Strong organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing deadlines, and thrive under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing branded marketing copy with a consistent voice and tone
• Familiarity with marketing and project management tools such as project tracking software, Google Analytics, design software, and basic HTML is a plus
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and outside regular business hours as needed
Work Environment:
This is an on-site position based at our workplace. You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment and may be exposed to loud noise levels and busy conditions. You may also travel to on-site events during evening and weekend hours. You should be prepared for variable working conditions, including different temperature climates when attending events.
