Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the marketing department, helping execute events, manage digital campaigns, and contribute to content development. This is a full-time entry-level role perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support marketing operations from day one. You’ll work on-site in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Tradeshow Coordination
Support the execution of corporate events and industry tradeshows by managing logistical details such as shipping, signage, and promotional materials. Assist with guest list management, creative asset preparation, and post-event follow-up. Communicate with printers and vendor partners as needed.
Email & Campaign Execution
Help build and deploy email marketing campaigns, ensuring they send on time and align with brand messaging. Support campaign calendar management and share updates with internal teams. Troubleshoot formatting issues, optimize sends, and track deployment status. Report on campaign performance and analytics to inform future strategy.
Content & Digital Support
Organize and create content for marketing initiatives, including video campaigns. Contribute to video planning by developing concepts, outlining storyboards, and assisting with basic scripting. Create visuals and marketing graphics using Canva for social posts, email campaigns, and presentations.
Departmental Support
Maintain organized records of marketing projects, events, and vendor assets. Take meeting notes, track action items, and support project follow-up. Provide administrative support as needed. Help audit and maintain marketing assets and content libraries. Help maintain and track marketing promotional item inventory.
Skills/background needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to maintain trackers, organize data, and support reporting. Strong written communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills. Experience coordinating multiple concurrent marketing projects or campaigns, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables. Experience with Canva or similar design platforms. Willingness to travel occasionally to support events and tradeshows. Entry-level experience (1 year or more) in a marketing environment is ideal, though full training will be provided.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
