Marketing Intern or Co-op Student – Entry Level

Are you a student looking to gain real-world marketing experience while completing your degree? This is your opportunity to apply what you’re learning in the classroom to hands-on projects with a growing global organisation.

About this role:

We offer two flexible options for students:

Internship: A semester-long, part-time position. You can extend your internship across multiple semesters to deepen your experience.

Co-op: An 8-month, full-time position that fully immerses you in a professional marketing environment.

Both paths are designed to help you develop professionally, work on real projects, and explore your chosen career path while earning income.

What you’ll do:

Depending on your team placement, you may work on:

Operations & Coordination: Help manage marketing tasks and workflows, assist with scheduling, manage website content, handle day-to-day administrative support (emails, invoices, vendor management), and coordinate event logistics and branded materials.

Digital Marketing & Brand Activation: Develop social media strategies and campaigns, analyse performance data, support event planning and execution, assist with experiential marketing initiatives, and collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content.

Analysis & Planning: Prepare marketing reports and performance summaries, analyse brand activation effectiveness, track engagement metrics, review creative content for accuracy, assist with trade show planning, and help develop activation timelines.

You’ll work across 18 different functions within the organisation, so there’s plenty of scope to find your niche.

Skills/background needed:

Currently enrolled as a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or a related field. No prior work experience is necessary.

We’re looking for:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to work independently and ask for help when needed. Basic computer skills and comfort following written instructions. Most importantly, a team player attitude and openness to learning.

You should be able to commit to the full length of your chosen programme (4 months for internship, 8 months for co-op).

What we offer:

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Semester-long internship (part-time, with extension options) or 8-month co-op (full-time).

Location: On-site role based at the main office location.
