About This Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Support Specialist to join our on-site team at a live entertainment venue. You’ll be the creative force behind real-time event coverage, venue branding, and fan engagement during concerts and events. No prior experience required—we provide full training and support.
What You’ll Do
• Create and post lively, real-time social media content during events, including Instagram Stories and updates
• Capture high-quality photos and video clips using a smartphone, showcasing the complete fan experience from arrival through departure
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and direct messages in a professional and timely manner
• Update and maintain show posters, promotional materials, banners, and digital displays throughout the venue
• Ensure all signage, displays, and messaging are current, clean, and properly presented
• Collaborate with venue teams to highlight offerings and enhance the overall fan experience
• Escort and direct photographers and videographers to designated areas during events
• Assist with media needs and other show-day marketing requests as directed
• Organize and provide captured content to the marketing team following events
• Support general venue responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms
• Strong eye for visual presentation, composition, and attention to detail
• Comfortable using a smartphone to capture high-quality photos and video
• Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event days
• Ability to work effectively with venue staff, artists, media, and guests
• Positive attitude and willingness to help with various show-day needs
• Interest in music, concerts, and live entertainment is a bonus
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part Time
Location: On-site at venue locations.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training and support provided. Comfort with social media and smartphones is helpful but not essential.
