Description
We are seeking a Medical Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work with regulatory documents and help ensure that all materials meet industry standards and guidelines. This is a fully remote position where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise in medical editing while working with a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Edit and review medical and regulatory documents to ensure they meet quality standards, correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style guidelines
• Work with regulatory guidelines and industry standards to ensure documents are accurate and compliant
• Collaborate with medical writers and project teams on document preparation and review
• Monitor project timelines and communicate progress to team leads and supervisors
• Provide constructive feedback on document quality and editorial standards
• Mentor and train team members as you develop your expertise
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices
• Work on projects according to established procedures and timelines
Skills/background needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to learn regulatory guidelines and industry standards
• Familiarity with medical or scientific writing (preferred but not required)
• Comfort working with style guides and editing tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced team members
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word or similar document editing software
Rate
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length
