About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Process Documentation Writer to join our team. You’ll create, edit, and maintain clear, accurate internal process documentation that helps teams work efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop your technical writing skills while working with experienced professionals across different departments.
What you’ll do:
• Write, edit, and maintain internal process documentation using company templates and style guidelines
• Create and update process flowcharts to visualize workflows
• Work with department teams and subject matter experts to understand processes and translate them into clear documentation
• Ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance standards
• Upload and manage files in the document control system
• Support multiple projects and manage deadlines effectively
• Mentor other writers and share best practices as you grow in the role
• Stay informed about compliance requirements relevant to your work area
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and grammar skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Visio (or similar flowcharting tools)
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent design software
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to create and understand flowcharts
• Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus, but we provide full training
• Familiarity with document control processes is helpful but not required
Experience & Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, professional writing, English, or a scientific/engineering field (or equivalent experience)
• Previous writing or editing experience in a regulated environment is preferred
• Experience with medical devices or compliance-focused work is a bonus

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
Location: On-site weekly; schedule to be confirmed with your manager. Local candidates preferred.
