About This Role
Project Coordinators handle day-to-day project management tasks for clients across various industries. This position involves managing deadlines, communicating with team members and clients, and ensuring all print and digital projects meet quality standards before delivery. You will work with minimal supervision while staying productive and contributing to team goals. This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
What You’ll Do
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Proofread all print and digital materials for accuracy and completeness• Track and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met• Communicate regularly with clients, team members, and colleagues to coordinate project progress• Work with design and creative teams to ensure changes are implemented correctly• Post and schedule digital content as needed• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing work environment• Maintain detailed project records and documentation
Skills/Background Needed
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal person will have:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Willingness to learn the print and digital production process• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple projects at once• A collaborative mindset and team-focused approach• Strong grammar and writing fundamentals
Prior proofreading or project management experience is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Contract Length: Full-time, permanent position
