Role: Part-time Proposal Writer
Contract length: Temporary, part-time (up to 25 hours per week)

We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused individual to support the development and submission of grant proposals. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in proposal writing, research administration, and project coordination.
What you’ll do:
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop strong, compelling proposals
• Research funding opportunities that align with organisational goals and programmes
• Support proposal writers with research, writing, and editing
• Help develop project budgets and financial documentation
• Prepare and submit complete proposals and required supporting materials on time
• Maintain organised records of all proposals and important deadlines
• Support colleagues with follow-up activities after funding is secured
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
• Comfort with research and online information gathering
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and email
• No prior proposal writing experience necessary – full training will be provided
