About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Social Media & Content Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll work from home creating, managing, and analyzing social media content across multiple platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your digital marketing career with full training provided—no prior experience required.
What you’ll do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Create, plan, and manage social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others• Write engaging, SEO-friendly web and email content with accurate information and proper grammar• Monitor social media performance and website analytics to track growth and identify trends• Develop and launch email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engagement• Ensure all content is accurate, approved, and keeps brand messaging consistent• Provide reports and insights on social media performance and campaign results• Research industry trends and best practices to stay current with digital marketing• Collaborate with team members and external partners on marketing initiatives• Support website and CRM system users with questions and guidance• Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed, which may include graphic design support and web analytics
Skills/background needed
You don’t need years of experience—we’ll train you on everything. However, it helps if you have:
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)• Basic experience with Microsoft Office and email• Strong written communication and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and content creation• Willingness to learn new tools and stay updated on industry trends
Nice to have
Experience with Google Analytics, basic graphic design, or familiarity with email marketing platforms is a bonus—but not required.
