We’re looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join our team selling residential properties. This is an in-person role based at model homes, and we provide full training to help you succeed—no prior sales experience is required.
About the role:
You’ll welcome potential buyers to model homes, listen to their needs, answer questions about properties, and guide them through the buying journey. You’ll follow up with leads via email, text, and phone to schedule appointments and close sales. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives as they find their new home.
What we’re looking for:
You should be self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. Strong communication skills and professional appearance are important. You’ll need good listening skills, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or any sales environment is helpful but not required—we’ll train you.
You should be comfortable using email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel, and be willing to learn our customer relationship management system to track leads and follow-ups.
Key responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors to model homes, manage inquiries, follow up with leads daily, maintain professional appearance of the model home and grounds, participate in community outreach efforts, and work weekends and special events as needed.
Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Closed Mondays
Contract type: Independent contractor (1099)
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay with performance-based commission and bonus opportunities. Details shared upon application.
