You will coordinate with technicians to deliver excellent service, accurately estimate repairs, and communicate service options that enhance vehicle performance and safety. Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their vehicle service needs
Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle inspections
Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule efficiently
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Prepare accurate cost estimates for customers and obtain necessary approvals
Process payments and handle transactions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required – full training provided. We value strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. You should be comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a busy environment, and willing to learn basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing. An interest in automotive service is a plus, but not essential.
