Overview
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our security team in a flexible part-time role. You’ll be part of a welcoming team that makes a real difference in the communities we serve, working in a dynamic environment where your contributions matter.
About the Role
This is a part-time security position designed for people who want flexibility alongside steady income. You’ll work a fixed weekly shift as your reliable base schedule, with the option to pick up additional shifts whenever you’d like to earn more. Whether you’re supplementing your income, gaining hands-on experience, or building toward full-time work, this role adapts to your needs.
The schedule is:
Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility to add extra shifts)
What You’ll Do
• Provide excellent customer service while carrying out security procedures and responding to incidents calmly and professionally
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the facility, work areas, access points, and perimeter
• Monitor site access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report any unusual activity
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts
• Respond to critical situations involving technology and communications operations in a measured, problem-solving way
Skills/Background Needed
• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet
• At least 18 years of age (unarmed roles); 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (for driving positions only)
• Must pass a background investigation and drug screen as required by law
Full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Contract Length: Part-time, with initial 6-month assignment commitment to your designated site and shift.
