About the role:
We are seeking Service Writers to join our growing automotive service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience from the moment they arrive through service completion. You’ll communicate with both customers and technicians, document service needs clearly, and help keep operations running smoothly.
This is an entry-level position – no prior automotive experience is required. Full training will be provided on all software systems and processes.
What you’ll do:
• Greet customers and understand their service needs
• Document vehicle information and service requests accurately
• Communicate service updates to customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Work with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
• Learn and use service management software (full training provided)
• Handle some evening and weekend shifts as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Clear communication skills – written and spoken
• Willingness to learn automotive service processes
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be 18 or older
