Job Overview
As a Service Writer, you will be at the heart of the automotive service team, supporting customers who trust us with their vehicle care. What you’ll do:
Your main responsibilities will include greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, writing up service orders, and liaising between customers and the service team. You’ll help ensure every customer has a positive experience while their vehicle is cared for.

No prior experience in automotive service is necessary. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly approach to customer service, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Basic computer skills are helpful, and reliability is essential.
