About the role
As a Service Writer, you’ll be the friendly point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for care. You’ll help document their needs, explain services clearly, and ensure they feel confident leaving their car in good hands. No prior automotive knowledge is required – we provide full training to get you up to speed.
