Job Overview
As a Service Writer, you’ll work in an automotive care centre helping customers with their vehicle service needs. This is an on-site role where you’ll interact with customers, manage service requests, and support the daily operations of a busy service department. No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Skills/background needed:
No experience required. We’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and eager to learn. Basic customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly are helpful. You should be comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly.
