We’re looking for a Service Writer to join our team in an on-site, full-time role. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to get you started.
About the Role:
As a Service Writer, you’ll be the backbone of our service department operations. You’ll manage paperwork, coordinate between different departments, create repair documentation, and work closely with our mechanics. You’ll also handle receiving and logging equipment for repair, which may involve lifting items up to 90 pounds.
What You’ll Do:
• Check in, log, and label equipment for repair
• Bridge communication between shipping, sales, and service departments
• Create and review repair quotes and bills of materials
• Coordinate with mechanics on questions, problems, and parts requests
• Monitor work progress through regular service area inspections
• Maintain daily paperwork and documentation
Skills/background needed:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable with computer-based systems
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 90 pounds
Prior experience with service writing or equipment repair is helpful but not required. We’ll train you on everything else.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–5:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 7:15 AM–12:15 PM
