Roles: This is a versatile, full-time on-site position combining sales, customer service, shop organization, social media content creation, and electric bike assembly, maintenance, and repair work. You’ll be a key support person helping to keep the shop running smoothly, taking care of customers, and creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
What you’ll do:
Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers and understand what they’re looking for
Help customers select the right products and explain features
Assist with product demonstrations and test rides
Follow up with interested customers
Complete sales transactions and prepare quotes
Build genuine customer relationships in a relaxed, pressure-free way
Shop Organization & Coordination
Help keep the shop organized and running smoothly
Track customer follow-ups, appointments, and tasks
Manage inventory and supplies
Keep the showroom clean and welcoming
Notice what needs doing and take care of it without being asked
Social Media & Content Creation
Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and similar platforms
Take photos and short videos of products, customers, events, and promotions
Help promote new products, sales, and special offers
Support in-store events and community activities
Be comfortable appearing in photos or videos occasionally
Service & Repair Work
Assemble and inspect new electric bikes and similar products
Perform routine maintenance and repairs
Diagnose mechanical problems
Learn to troubleshoot electrical systems
Install accessories and replacement components
Perform safety checks and test rides
Full training is provided. Previous experience is helpful but not required—what matters most is your willingness to learn and your mechanical mindset.

We care much more about your attitude, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn than about having e-bike experience already.
Experience helpful but not required: Bicycles, e-bikes, motorcycles, automobiles, small engines, electronics, electrical systems, or other mechanical work.
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Saturday availability is required. 37.5 paid hours per week, plus a 30-minute unpaid meal break.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application. This position also offers performance-based incentives tied to sales results.
Contract length: Ongoing, full-time position with the potential to take on greater responsibility as the business grows.
Location: Local positions available. On-site, in-person work required.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. Full training provided. You should be comfortable learning mechanical concepts, using tools, and developing skills in electric bike service and repair. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. Social media familiarity is helpful. Above all, we’re looking for someone with initiative, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn.
