About This Role
We’re looking for a creative, energetic Social Media & Content Associate to manage and grow our social media presence. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves social media: how it works, what drives engagement, and how to build an audience that cares. You’ll be responsible for capturing and creating compelling content across multiple platforms, understanding what resonates with our audience, and bringing fresh ideas to life every day.
If you’re excited about storytelling, take pride in seeing ideas develop from concept to post, care deeply about details, and love collaborating with a team, this is a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Management & Strategy
Manage our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok with active, strategic ownership of each platform. Post stories daily, maintain consistent platform aesthetics and bios, and engage warmly with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and replies. Use analytics to understand what content performs best and adjust your strategy based on what you learn.
Content Creation
Capture compelling photos and video using a camera and smartphone across varied environments. Edit photos and create short-form video content with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling. Use tools like Canva to create on-brand social graphics, Stories templates, and design pieces. Learn and use basic photo and video editing software to maintain a clean, consistent visual identity.
Analytics & Planning
Review post performance weekly, looking beyond likes to understand reach, impressions, saves, shares, and follower growth. Use analytics platforms to track what content connects to website traffic and engagement goals. Identify trends in what formats and topics perform best, and use that data to plan ahead. Contact team members to identify and schedule content opportunities before they happen.
Content Organization
Organize and archive all photos, video, and audio assets in a shared storage system with consistent naming and folder structure. Maintain a running list of upcoming content ideas and story opportunities. Help keep the content library accessible for the entire team.
Administrative Support
Work in standard office tools for scheduling, communication, and task tracking. Assist with general administrative tasks and follow-up as needed. All other duties as assigned.
Skills/background needed: You don’t need years of experience—enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter most. Basic familiarity with social media platforms is helpful. Experience with Canva, Google Docs, or similar tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. A portfolio or examples of your social media work (Instagram, personal website, etc.) is helpful but not required.
Contract length: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Hours are flexible and may include some evening coverage for events.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location: Open to applicants worldwide.
What We Offer
Full training provided. Opportunities for growth and professional development. A supportive team environment where your creativity is valued. Flexible remote work. The chance to develop real social media strategy skills while building a portfolio of work.
