About the role:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator. If you’re passionate about connecting with audiences and telling engaging stories through video and imagery, this role is for you. No prior professional experience is necessary—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
In this role, you’ll plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll collaborate with team members, monitor trends and analytics to understand what resonates with audiences, and help build a distinctive brand voice through creative, high-quality content. We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content for social platforms
• Create and share content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and similar channels
• Work with team members on content planning and on-site shoots
• Monitor trends and performance metrics to improve engagement and reach
• Help develop and maintain a strong, authentic brand voice
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform features
Skills and background we’re looking for:
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Familiarity with photo and video editing software (we’ll train you on specific tools)
• Interest in social media, marketing, or communications
• Previous customer service, digital marketing, or public relations experience is a bonus—but not required
• Passion for the industry we serve is great, but not necessary
