Format: Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term Position
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to join our team and help grow our brand across social platforms. You’ll develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging short-form video content, and work to build community and drive results.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute social media growth strategy across platforms like TikTok and Instagram
• Create and edit short-form videos and Reels
• Understand what makes content perform—hooks, trends, storytelling, watch time and algorithm engagement
• Develop creative concepts that capture attention
• Post consistently and manage social channels
• Find and work with content creators and micro-influencers
• Handle creator outreach, communication and coordination
• Create clear briefs so creators produce usable content
• Identify creator partnerships that drive meaningful results
• Repurpose strong content across multiple platforms
• Write compelling hooks, captions and calls to action
• Create basic content yourself when needed
• Collaborate with design team on creative projects
• Stay on top of social trends and react quickly to new opportunities
• Track which videos, creators and offers perform best
• Test new ideas continuously and improve results based on what you learn
Skills/Background Needed:
• Experience growing brands through social media
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video
• Ability to personally create and edit short videos
• Knowledge of content creator and influencer marketing
• Experience finding and approaching creators
• Good visual taste and creative eye
• Understanding of how social media connects to sales
• Comfort using content creation tools like Canva and similar platforms
• Excellent organisational skills and self-motivation
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to bring new ideas regularly to the table
• Interest in building a long-term role, not just a short-term project
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract Length: Ongoing
