Social Media Content Creator – Part Time, Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated content creator to build and manage our social media presence from the ground up. This is real ownership, not a support role — you’ll plan, produce, and post short-form video content across multiple platforms, see the performance data come back, and own the results.

You’ll work fully remote with flexible scheduling around your other commitments, reporting to a small, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and post 1–2 short-form videos per day across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

• Batch-produce content — one filming session should yield 10–15 usable clips

• Work within recurring content formats, including before-and-after transformations, property walkthroughs, educational shorts, and behind-the-scenes footage

• Write captions and research trending audio and hashtags

• Support blog and social content for search engine optimization (drafting, formatting, scheduling)

• Track basic performance metrics and report weekly on what’s working

• Respond to comments and direct messages quickly — engagement speed matters

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated short-form video work — a portfolio, reel, client work, or an account you’ve grown yourself. How much you’ve created matters more than where you learned it.

• Strong editing skills with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software

• Genuine fluency in short-form video trends — you know what’s performing and why

• Reliable, self-directed, and consistent. Consistency matters more than occasional brilliance in this role.

• Comfortable working remotely with light supervision

• No formal experience or degree required. Students, career changers, freelancers, and self-taught creators are welcome to apply.

Nice to Have

• Basic graphic design experience with Canva or similar design tools

• Experience running paid social media campaigns

• Drone videography experience

What You’ll Get

• Real ownership of a growing brand’s social media presence from day one

• Portfolio work you can showcase to future employers and clients

• Direct access to leadership and insight into how marketing and business operations work

• Flexible scheduling around your other commitments

• Academic credit where your program permits

• A clear path to expand into a permanent, full-time role based on performance

• Full training and onboarding provided

How Success Will Be Measured

• Posting consistency against the agreed schedule

• Follower and view growth

• Engagement rate and average watch-through time

• Overall content quality and improvement over time
