We are seeking a creative, full-time video content creator to plan, shoot, and edit engaging social media videos. You’ll work across multiple locations, building our brand by creating compelling video content using both professional equipment and smartphones. What You Will Do
Plan & Schedule: Create and manage a content calendar. You will plan what videos need to be shot, when to film them, and when to post them.
Shoot Video: Act as our videographer on the ground. Film high-quality footage at various locations using both professional camera equipment and your smartphone.
Edit & Create: Edit footage into short, engaging videos using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere. Add trending audio, text, and effects.
Capture Stories: Film real testimonials and success stories from people within our community.
Manage Social Media: Post content to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook on schedule, and respond to community comments.
Track Performance: Check social media metrics like views, likes, and shares to understand what content resonates, and use these insights to improve future shoots.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team to ensure your videos align with our brand.
What You Need
Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, shooting, and editing social media video content (preferred – we’ll train the right person).
Equipment Knowledge: Comfortable shooting video with both professional cameras and modern smartphones.
Editing Skills: Experience with video editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere, and familiarity with design tools like Canva.
Language: Fluent in English.

You are a self-starter who can manage your time independently and coordinate across different locations.
