Position Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Social Media Coordinator to manage our daily publishing schedule, real-time posting, and performance tracking across all social and digital platforms. This role is focused on execution, data, and measurable results—ensuring our digital channels consistently support key business initiatives. What You’ll Do
Publishing and Real-Time Execution
• Manage the social media content calendar across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels
• Schedule and publish content in alignment with event schedules, promotional priorities, and key initiatives
• Provide real-time coverage for live events, including updates, key moments, and commentary
• Coordinate with creative staff to receive and deploy visual assets (graphics, video, photography) according to the publishing schedule
• Help maintain accurate, timely information across all digital platforms in partnership with communications and marketing teams
Revenue-Focused Marketing Support
• Execute social campaigns that support sales, promotions, and special offers using platform tools and best practices
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure priority deadlines and featured products are clearly messaged across channels
• Support paid social initiatives by setting up posts and boosted content, and monitoring performance with marketing leadership
• Collaborate with partnership staff to fulfill digital deliverables and support campaign recaps with performance data
Data, Analytics, and Reporting
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that visualize performance over time and connect social activity to business goals
• Identify trends and optimization opportunities, and present insights to leadership
• Maintain organized documentation of campaigns and metrics to support reviews and partner recaps
Fan and Community Engagement
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions across platforms and respond to inquiries in line with guidelines
• Attend on-site events to provide live coverage via social channels
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and cross-promotion of content
• Support post-event digital tasks such as posting final updates, highlights, and links provided by communications teams
Skills/Background Needed
• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related role (or equivalent enthusiasm to learn)
• Familiarity with major social platforms and publishing tools
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
• Experience with basic analytics dashboards or reporting tools, or willingness to learn
• Comfort collaborating with creative teams and working with digital assets (graphics, video, photography)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
