Roles: Social Media Coordinator
About the role:
Are you someone who can manage a content calendar and contribute great ideas at the same time? Do you care about details and the creative work behind them? If you’re looking for a role where you’re making things, not just scheduling them, this Social Media Coordinator opportunity is for you!
We’re seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. You’ll know what looks good on a social feed and how to build the system that gets it there on time, every time. Every day you’ll make a difference by owning day-to-day execution of social media channels: managing workflows, coordinating assets and approvals, and ensuring everything that goes live is sharp, on-brand, and exactly where it needs to be.
You’ll work closely with designers and provide input on what’s ready for publishing, drawing on your unique perspective to determine what works.
What you’ll do:
• Support the execution of social media strategy by managing publishing operations, including scheduling, posting and quality assurance across platforms
• Maintain and update social media content calendars to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent publishing
• Produce and contribute content — flagging what works and what doesn’t
• Track published content and support performance reporting and documentation
• Maintain organized records of assets, approvals, schedules and workflows
• Communicate proactively with team members to flag risks, delays or execution issues
• Take on other projects and duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required — full training will be provided
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in copy, links, assets, or schedules
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn) is helpful but not required
• Comfort using standard tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and email
• A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team setting
