We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and organized Social Media Coordinator who loves working with short-form content and trending social platforms.
This role supports real client accounts, shoots, and deadlines, so we need someone who can follow through, communicate clearly, stay organized, and complete assigned work independently.
What You’ll Do
Research trending content on TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form platforms
Find trending audio, hooks, and creative ideas for client campaigns
Assist with content planning and scheduling
Edit short-form videos using industry-standard editing tools
Create branded graphics in Canva
Organize client files, footage, and content assets in Google Drive
Track assignments and deadlines
Communicate proactively about questions, issues, or timeline changes
Assist with and occasionally independently support client content shoots
Follow shot lists and ensure all required content is captured
Provide on-camera support when needed

Prior content creation or social media experience
Experience assisting with content shoots or production
Schedule & Availability
You must have consistent weekday daytime availability, particularly between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM for client shoots. Most shoots are scheduled in advance and typically last 2–3 hours. Team members assigned to a shoot are expected to be available for the full scheduled time.
Occasional weekend availability may be requested.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing, part time (8–10 hours per week)
Location: Local positions available (on-site)
