We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help build and grow our presence across social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, community building, and performance — shaping how the brand shows up online while helping drive measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead Social Strategy & Execution
Help manage the social media calendar, including monthly planning, publishing, and platform execution across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Contribute to social-first strategies for campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives.
Ensure content is published on time and consistently reflects the brand’s voice and values.
Champion Creative & Storytelling
Work with the creative team to curate assets and bring brand stories to life in engaging, platform-native ways.
Help explore new content formats and storytelling approaches to engage the community.
Craft compelling copy for captions and social creative that balances clarity, personality, and brand tone.
Build Community
Engage thoughtfully with followers and serve as the eyes and ears of the brand through social listening.
Help identify and collaborate with creators and influencers as an authentic extension of the brand’s storytelling.
Work with the customer service team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all community interactions.
Drive Performance & Growth
Track, analyze, and report on channel performance using platform analytics.
Use insights to help grow engagement, audience, and reach across platforms.
Optimize content using best practices for titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
What You Bring
1+ years of experience working in social media, or passion for social platforms and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with organic social media content and an understanding of what drives engagement.
Ability to create engaging written content, with basic understanding of video content.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver on schedule.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic photo and video editing skills are a plus, but not required — we’ll provide training.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
