About This Role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media & Influencer Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of creator marketing campaigns. You’ll work with a collaborative team to manage influencer partnerships, create engaging campaign content, and help bring creative strategies to life across multiple platforms.
This is a fully remote position where you’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, creator relations, and campaign management from day one. Full training will be provided—no prior experience necessary.
What You’ll Do:
• Support the planning and execution of creator marketing campaigns across social platforms and digital channels
• Communicate with influencers, talent representatives, and external partners to coordinate campaign activations
• Contribute to campaign research, creative development, and content strategy from initial brainstorm through final delivery
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and creator landscape changes to inform campaign ideas
• Compile campaign performance data and create reporting materials to track results and insights
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, strategy, and production to ensure campaigns stay on brand and meet objectives
• Maintain organized project records and databases to support team workflows and decision-making
• Help develop presentations and creative recommendations for team review and leadership
Skills/background needed:
• Familiarity with social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and similar channels
• Interest in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and digital campaign strategy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across different teams and communication styles
• Basic analytical skills and comfort working with campaign metrics and performance data
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, communications, or related field is a plus but not required
