About this role:
We’re looking for Technical Writers to join our team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote position ideal for writers who enjoy creating clear, accurate documentation and translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.

What you’ll be doing:
• Creating clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation including user manuals, technical guides, release notes, and online help systems
• Working closely with software developers, engineers, and product managers to gather information and translate it into content that audiences can easily understand
• Using documentation tools to organize and format content professionally
Skills/background needed:
• Experience or familiarity with technical writing, software documentation, or related writing fields
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Comfort using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar platforms
• Basic familiarity with technical concepts related to software, web development, or cloud systems
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Markdown is helpful but not required
• No prior experience necessary—we provide full training
