About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Associate to help manage and grow our social media presence. You’ll work with influencers, build brand partnerships, and create engaging content campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone starting their career in social media and marketing.
What You’ll Do
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including reaching out to partners and building relationships
• Help develop and scale brand ambassador programs
• Create and share campaign briefs for social media content
• Track and report on campaign performance, using data to make recommendations
• Monitor trending topics and creative content formats in your field of interest
• Moderate social media comments and direct messages
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
Skills/Background Needed
• Passion for social media platforms and understanding of how they work
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to organize multiple projects at once
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Enthusiasm for staying current with social media trends
• Prior marketing experience is helpful but not required
