Position Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind our digital presence, crafting compelling content and fostering meaningful connections with our community. You’ll report to the marketing leadership team and take the lead on our social media strategy, elevating our brand presence and amplifying our mission across platforms.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing objectives and brand identity
• Plan, capture, produce, and edit photo and video content for social media
• Manage our official social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility
• Produce short-form and long-form video content with platform-specific storytelling strategies
• Cultivate and nurture our online community by monitoring channels, responding to comments and inquiries, and fostering engagement
• Provide social media consultation and best practices guidance to team partners across departments
• Stay informed of emerging trends and innovations in social media marketing
• Analyze performance metrics and create reports for leadership, using insights to refine strategy
• Support other marketing projects as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Experience with social media management and content production (1+ years preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong portfolios welcome)
• Hands-on experience with photography, videography, and video editing for social platforms
• Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills; ability to craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort translating data into actionable insights
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A background in marketing, communications, digital media, photography, videography, or a related field is a plus
