About this role
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Manager to join our team. You’ll work from home helping to build and grow our brand’s presence across social platforms. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
This is a fully remote position where you’ll develop content, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our social media strategy to life. You’ll work with platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain monthly social content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments
• Create engaging, platform-native content that captures attention through compelling storytelling, humor, and trend relevance
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels while tailoring content to each platform’s unique audience and best practices
• Monitor and analyze social performance, delivering weekly reports and actionable insights to optimize content effectiveness
• Create, publish, and manage static, video, and short-form content across all social channels
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to develop creative content aligned with brand goals
• Monitor social, cultural, and digital trends to identify timely opportunities and keep content relevant
• Support influencer marketing efforts, including outreach, content tracking, and campaign reporting
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
• Contribute to the development of team processes and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency
Skills/background needed
• Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing
• Familiarity with retail or e-commerce environments is helpful but not required
• Ability to create and edit content using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, and platform-native editing features
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
• Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
