Social Media Manager – Entry Level, On-Site

Location: Local positions available.

Contract length: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and manage the social presence of multiple hospitality venues. You’ll be responsible for the full content lifecycle — from ideation and planning through to capturing and posting — across multiple accounts, giving each venue its own distinct voice while working within a shared marketing strategy.

This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role. You’ll spend most of your time on-site at the venues, immersed in the day-to-day operations and atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Develop content strategy and posting calendars for multiple social accounts, each with its own brand identity

• Ideate, shoot, and edit photo and video content for each venue

• Plan content around menus, events, promotions, and seasonal moments

• Manage day-to-day community engagement including comments, messages, tags, and reviews

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team and report on progress

• Track what’s working across platforms and adjust your content strategy accordingly

Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. You’ll receive full training. We’re looking for someone with:

• A passion for social media and creating content that engages audiences

• Comfort working with cameras and basic production equipment such as lighting and stabilizers

• Familiarity with video editing software (or willingness to learn)

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

• The ability to create authentic, engaging content for social platforms

• A comfortable, personable presence — you’ll be shooting content in live hospitality environments, often around guests and staff

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing your own schedule and content plans

Additional Information

Due to the nature of hospitality work, your schedule will be flexible and may include some evenings and weekends. One day per week will be spent in an office setting to align with the wider marketing team.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
