We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and organized Social Media & Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand and strengthen our online presence.
The ideal candidate is creative, comfortable working with photo and video content, and has a good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Create engaging photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns
Plan and organize social media content and posting schedules
Photograph products, stores, and events
Record and edit short-form videos for social media
Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media channels
Write and update social media captions, product descriptions, and page content
Help develop creative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal content
Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across social media platforms
Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas
Assist with general marketing and content planning
Skills and Background Needed
Strong creative and visual communication skills
Comfort with photography and video recording
Familiarity with Canva for basic content creation
Basic video and photo editing ability (or willingness to learn)
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms
Good writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented approach
A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content
About the Role
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys creating content, working with social media, and helping a growing business build its brand and online presence. This is an on-site position where you’ll work directly with the team in a supportive environment.
