About This Role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll create engaging content for social media, edit videos, manage our online presence across multiple platforms, and work with our marketing team to keep our branding consistent. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your portfolio and develop real skills in social media management and video production from day one.
What You’ll Do
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and branding
• Help create marketing materials for promotions and events
• Maintain an organized content library
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages
• Stay current with social media trends and recommend new content ideas
What We’re Looking For
• Basic experience with video editing software such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro (or willingness to learn)
• Basic photography and videography skills or enthusiasm to develop them
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Comfort with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
• A creative mindset and willingness to try new ideas
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile
• Drone videography experience
